Soufriere T20 is the brainchild of Keither Prospere, Kimberte William, and Yasha Troubezkoy. Keither is a well known member of the Soufriere sporting community having previously run local cricket tournaments, played with the St Lucia National Cricket Team, and currently representing the Soufriere Youth and Sports Council as its Public Relations Officer. Kimberte William and Yasha Troubetzkoy, who are avid supporters of Soufriere sports having previously arranged football's Jade Mountain Cup, met up with Keither and were convinced by his passion for the sport to embrace the idea of bringing about the rebirth of cricket in the region.
Our goal is to have cricket on the forefront of the minds of not only the people of Soufriere, but also to have talent showcased on a national level. We firmly believe the next legends of St Lucia and West Indies Cricket are among us, waiting for their opportunity to shine.
